traffic is looking good driving through. at 4:30 go back to the desk. we have new developments in the crash in san francisco that killed a 16 year old boy on friday morning. we have more from the scene in san francisco s lower pacific heights neighborhood. reporter: police are saying the woman responsible for the crash has been arrested on vehicular manslaughter charges. no drugs or alcohol involved. this was about speed. if you look here you can see there is a memorial here for to honor the 16 year old who lost his life on the way to school on friday morning. two police officers were witnesses to the crash before 7:00. they say the woman was driving between 70 and 80 miles an hour in her silver mercedes for three blocks when she rear end adminny van. a 16-year-old was on his way to school with his family. he died at the scene. three other people in a catering van were hurt. witnesses say the driver in the case, the suspect, got out of the car and appeared to be fine. h

night. apparently whatever the police gave his office about the events that took place wednesday night, just blocks from at&t park, led to the d.a. deciding there wasn t enough evidence to file charges against michael montgomery. we do know somebody stabbed jonathan denver to death during a fight that had started in a bar and moved to the street. and that fight was tied to the giants, dodgers rivalry. yesterday, police chief said one of the suspects in denver s death had implicated himself during questioning. 24 hours later, no one is in custody with montgomery being let out of jail. earlier in the day, the second suspect in the stabbing had been set free. there have been conflicting reports as to who was responsible for the fight and why it ended so violently. police did ask for people to come forward with information or any video they may have of what happened to help piece together this case. but as of right now, no one is in custody for the death of jonathan denver and it
