Odisha govt approves 8 new industrial projects of over Rs 1,242 crore ANI | Updated: Feb 09, 2021 20:16 IST Bhubaneswar (Odisha) [India], February 9 (ANI): The Odisha government on Tuesday approved eight industrial projects to the tune of Rs 1242.02 crore. The 98th State Level Single Window Clearance Authority of the Odisha government, headed by Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mohapatra approved 8 industrial projects in the Metal and Metal Downstream, IT and ESDM, Manufacturing, Logistics and Tourism sectors. According to an official release of the Odisha government, these industrial projects are further expected to render 3135 employment opportunities in the state. Beating all odds visually-impaired couple ties nuptial knot in Cuttack district Post News Network Choudwar: Rinu and Muna exchanged garlands at Shimilihanda village of Kayalpada panchayat under Tangi Choudwar block in Cuttack district Thursday. But then why so suddenly their marriage has become the hot topic of discussion among the locals of the area. There is nothing new in a man and woman getting married. However, they got married battling all odds. Both Rinu and Muna are visually-impaired from birth. Rinu, daughter of Dibakar Nayak, a resident of Shimilihanda village has been blind since birth. As if this was not enough, she lost her mother when she was a kid. It was the love of neighbours that helped her grow without missing her mother too much. In spite of being blind, she managed to pass the matriculation exams. ....
