一、禅城区“三旧”改造服务中心副主任李建锋等人对重点工程项目监管不力，导致国有资产损失问题。2013年5月至2014年10月，禅城区和硕投资管理有限公司负责筹建张槎街道重点工程项目欧洲工业园C区。时任该公司工程科科长孔桂祥、科员吴南生没有要求监理单位进行现场抽样检查，本人也没有到现场抽样检查，事后未对监理单位的检查结果进行审核；时任该公司总经理李建锋没有对监理单位及该公司工程科的监管行为进行监督检查，完全依托监理单位对工程质量进行监管，导致施工单位未按图施工、以次充好，工程材料价格虚高325万余元。2017年4月，经上级审计部门审计发现后，通过司法程序予以纠正并挽回损失。李建锋受到党内警告处分，孔桂祥、吴南生受到诫勉处理。
