The Meals on Wings program was designed to recover food normally discarded from area hospitals and then repackaged into healthy, balanced meals for delivery to older adults experiencing challenges properly nourishing themselves.
The Sustainability Research Fellowship is a collaborative program with a goal to support and promote sustainability-related undergraduate research endeavors. The program launched in 2014 and has since supported 48 undergraduates.

LEXINGTON, Ky. The University of Kentucky Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) is honored to announce that 20 undergraduates have been selected for the 2023 Commonwealth Undergraduate Research Experience (CURE) Fellowship program.
This new requirement, mandated by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Commission on Dietetic Registration, aims to improve dieticians’ earnings, as well as their advancement and esteem in the health care industry. And while UK DHN has offered an on-campus master’s degree for more than 15 years, the new online option will accommodate many more working throughout the field.
