DAYTONA BEACH SHORES, Fla. – A man out on bond in connection with a 2018 crash that killed a couple in Ocoee was arrested on a DUI charge Saturday afternoon, according to the Daytona Beach Shores Department of Public Safety.
Records show a call came in shortly before 4 p.m. about Tammer Mansour, 38, driving near Opus Condos while intoxicated.

Police said when they arrived they found Mansour behind the wheel of a green Ford Expedition sipping from a foam cup while listening to music. An unopened can of beer with condensation on it was on the passenger’s seat, according to the report.
