Second St. in the spot that was most recently Makeda’s Homemade Butter Cookies Downtown location. Heard describes her new café as a place built on “butteriffic love.” She has been around the bakery business for two decades. Her parents are the founders of Makeda’s Homemade Butter Cookies.
