CAMDEN - A Gloucester Township man was struck and killed by a vehicle while changing a tire on a highway here, authorities say. Isaiah Baldwin, 23, was hit Sunday evening on Interstate 676 in Camden, according to the Camden County Prosecutor s Office. A Westampton man faces charges in connection with the 7:15 p.m. accident. Baldwin was one of two men to die in motor-vehicle accidents in Camden County in recent days. The prosecutor s office said a motorcylist was thrown from his bike around 9:30 a.m. Friday on Haddonfield Road in Pennsauken. Zachary Maristch was a 20-year-old resident of Cherry Hill, according to obituary information. ....
