KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 24): Property firm Malaysia Pacific Corp Bhd s (MPCorp) sub-subsidiary Taman Bandar Baru Masai Sdn Bhd (TBBMSB) has been served with a notice of application yesterday by trustee company Amanahraya Development Sdn Bhd. In a bourse filing, MPCorp said the application has been fixed for case management on Jan 17, 2021 at the High Court. Under the application, Amanahraya is seeking court approval to be given leave to vary the terms of a court order filed on Feb 29, 2016. The trustee company is also seeking to revise the sum owed by TBBMSB amounting to RM115 million as at Jan 31, 2016 to RM155.16 million as at Nov 3, 2020, as well as cost and such other relief that the court deems fit and proper. ....
