Cordatus to bring Middle East investors into UK property sector

UK manager Cordatus Real Estate has partnered with consulting firm JISR Holdings to provide Middle East based clients access to UK real estate.
Cordatus said it expects to invest £200m (€233m) this year as it becomes the investment management partner of choice for Middle East investors seeking to invest in the UK.
The £310m real estate asset manager’s plan is to target acquisitions between £10m and £50m, across all property types.
Michael Cunningham, director at Cordatus Real Estate, said: “We believe in long-term relationships with our investors by maintaining the highest standards of trust, ethics and governance. We spent considerable time looking for a Middle Eastern partner to be the right fit and we are confident JISR will prove to be that partner. ....
