The government should reopen the investigation into the homicide of Chen Wen-chen (陳文成), as questions about the incident four decades ago remain unresolved, the New Power Party said yesterday. Former Presidential Office secretary-general Chang Tsu-i (張祖詒), at the age of 104, has published a book titled The President and I: A historical record of unusual times in politics (總統與我：政壇奇緣實錄).
