Chihuly’s whimsical, avant-garde pieces allude to his lifelong fascination with architecture and the natural world.
Moon, made up of hundreds of irregularly formed blown glass discs in shades of white, opal, and blue, is being presented for the first time since its debut in Jerusalem in 2000. The month-long programme, currently held at Funan Mall, has selected an array of Singapore artists to team up with brands across fashion, food, lifestyle and more. And let’s not forget the efforts of independent galleries like Cuturi Gallery and Coda Culture, which can be credited to putting these young talents in the spotlight in the first place. ....
