The following is a list of highway work that may affect traffic in the Staunton District during the coming weeks. The Staunton District consists of 11 counties from the Alleghany Highlands to the northern Shenandoah Valley: Alleghany, Bath, Rockbridge, Highland, Augusta, Rockingham, Page, Shenandoah, Frederick, Clarke and Warren.
Scheduled work is subject to change due to inclement weather and material supplies. Motorists are advised to watch for slow-moving tractors during mowing operations. When traveling through a work zone, be alert to periodic changes in traffic patterns and lane closures. ....

Two New Bridges Inspected Near Windsor
On Wednesday, Jan. 6 representatives from the Pettis County Commission, MoDOT, Anderson Engineering and Widel Inc., conducted a final inspection on two newly-constructed bridges before opening them to the public.
The bridges are located on Swisher Road north of Highway 52 and Elm Branch Road near Windsor, according to a press release from the Pettis County Commissioners.

BRIDGES COMPLETED IN AREA COUNTY


Bridges were completed in Pettis County last week.
According to a release from the Pettis County Commission, on Wednesday, January 6, representatives from the commission, the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), Anderson Engineering and Widel Inc. performed a final inspection of two newly-constructed bridges before opening them to the public.
The bridges are located on Swisher Road, north of Highway 52; and on Elm Branch Road near Windsor.
