What the future entitlement project might look like and i have asked the court to give us an update on what the future may hold. The second reason, the neighborhood groups that i have worked with over the years have raised questions about the history of the entitlement of this area and around long documents that didnt is surface years ago. While they are technical and historical, they get to the heart of the concerns that many members of the public have had about this project. They include added height scale of the the site and recreation and open space that accompany the new build out of the area when it was under the new Redevelopment Agency decades ago.
