The culture and traditions that head coach Mike Faith has instilled in the top-ranked Franklin & Marshall team is what propels them towards greatness. In his 12 years at the helm of the program, Faith has led the Diplomats to a 130-32 record, a pair of Centennial Conference Championships (2015 & 2017) and back-to-back NCAA Semifinal appearances (2016-17).
“The tone is set from the time our athletes are juniors in high school,” said Faith. “I recruit we players, not me players and selfless players, not selfish players.”
This culture has allowed athletes to get better, max out potential and be supportive teammates both on and off the field. In his tenure at F&M, Faith has coached 20 All-Americans, 34 All-Region honorees, and 43 All Conference student-athletes.
