His ancestral home was a drumming village and that tradition would shape Airi’s passion and become his profession. Airi, also known as Airileke, has performed with the likes of Yothu Yindi, Warumpi Band and Sampa the Great; and he now makes music with Drum Drum and Sorong Samarai.
