A public meeting on preparedness of Republic Day celebration was held at the conference hall of Tinsukia Zilla Parishad on Tuesday with District Commissioner Swapneel Paul in the chair where leading.
With the rest of the country, the World Environment Day was observed in Baksa district. The day was organised by Baksa District Water and Sanitation committee in support of Silkijhar Amartal village.
