Its sprinkling for now much to the relief of drivers, many who are just getting off of work right now. If you take a look, you can see just how wet the roads are. The gray skies are certainly a reality. As we take a look at some video, this was the scene not too long ago in downtown san jose. A very wet afternoon. We typically see more people walking the streets but that definitely wasnt the case earlier today. In terms of those we did see outside, some of them were smart enough to bring their jackets. Others werent as lucky as they got rained on without an umbrella to protect them from the elements. Theres no question we need the rain because of the drought but today the weather really affected downtown businesses especially local restaurants and bars that are used to seeing a late lunch crowd.
