After Alarcon Ramos became the “primary storeman”, he used his mother, Ramos Mazuela, to assist as a “storewoman”.
She stockpiled drugs, re-packaged them and either delivered them to runners or had them collected and delivered to her.
Crown prosecutor Ben Kirkpatrick said Ramos Mazuela had admitted her part in one of the biggest drug syndicates in New Zealand and her role as a “storeperson” was a distinctive one. ....
