For Hunger Action Month this September, Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio will join Feeding America and other member food banks across the nation to inspire conversation and drive passion for the issue of hunger, according to a news release.
Each year, the Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio, 5510 Baumhart Road in Lorain, holds one fundraiser on-site at its warehouse. This year, the food bank's 'Generous Helpings' event will take place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sept. 24.
