Teams at Country Courtâs five local care and nursing homes have celebrated their annual staff awards.
Because of COVID-19, the awards at the three Spalding homes and the ones in Holbeach and Market Deeping were held virtually, with nominations made online. The judges reviewed the entries and winners were announced in a series of virtual award ceremonies.
There were over 1,000 nominations across the group from staff and residents and their families. This year it was clear how much families appreciated the efforts of staff to keep their loved ones safe and how much staff had supported each other throughout the pandemic.
