French Navy visits Indian Kochi port French Navy visits Indian Kochi port Thursday, 01 April 2021 12:13 According to information published by Indian Navy on March 31, 2021, French Naval ships, Tonnerre (Amphibious Assault Ship) and Surcouf (Frigate Class Ship) are on a two-day goodwill visit to Kochi, the headquarters of Southern Naval Command. The ships arrived at Cochin Port Trust on 30 March 2021 and were received by Senior Naval Authorities in the background of fanfare by the naval band.
