Doole, lowered his head onto the defense table and wept as a jury convicted him of one felony count and three misdemeanor charges stemming from the attack on the 19-year-old victim on July 25, 2018, in his car in a parking lot at the College of Staten Island. The Graniteville resident, however, was acquitted of the most serious charges against him first-degree criminal sexual act (formerly classified as sodomy) and attempted first-degree rape.
