The funding was through the state Department of Community and Economic Developmentâs Supporting Elm and Main (SEAM) program, which was created to provide financial assistance to community revitalization organizations dedicated to community and economic development in older and historic downtowns. âI was relieved,â Stacey Gould, manager of DBI, said about her reaction to the news. âAnd excited.
