Linn County supervisors will vote Wednesday on likely extending a moratorium on new large-scale solar projects as Renewable Energy Review committees study the county ordinance governing the solar projects. The moratorium does not affect the already-approved solar projects near Palo and Coggon, which remain underway.
The path to funding a new Linn County resiliency coordinator role still is unclear after the supervisors settled on $1.74 million in spending reductions in the 2024 fiscal year.
