Taylor Sutherley: Woman jailed for cold-blooded attack on man in Barrhead home

A BRUTAL Barrhead thug who left a man scarred for life after a “cold-blooded attack” has been jailed for three years. Taylor Sutherley launched a savage assault on William Drummond at her home in the town’s John Street on October 2 last year. She denied causing Mr Drummond’s injuries, claiming he had been attacked elsewhere before arriving at her home. However, after a trial at Paisley Sheriff Court last month, a jury convicted 22-year-old Sutherley of assaulting the victim to his “severe injury, permanent disfigurement and danger of life.” And, last week, she returned to the dock to learn her fate.
