But i am particularly appreciative of the fact that a week ago or two weeks ago the epa, you sent other folks to West Virginia to get the impact of what these regulations are having. Because it is pretty clear in the statute that we have to abide by the economic impact. We have to take that into consideration when rules and regs are promulgated. They didnt do that.
