Police say it is one of the most gruesome cases they have worked for years. Sharon chin has the story. Reporter acting on an anonymous tip today, Police Detained the man who is a person of interest and another man for whom they have provided no details. They led the men from turk street 8 00 tonight. Many people were on the street looking for this person and spotted him at that location. Reporter police say they dont know who he is, but homicide investigators are trying to determine if they have the man responsible for the grizzly mystery. Body parts found wednesday afternoon in a suitcase on 11th and market and more in a nearby trash can. Earlier today, officers released these surveillance photos of the person of interest. Reporter tom says police came yesterday to see his video after examining surveillance tape from other areas. It is really creepy. Reporter meanwhile, the medical examiner is asking the state dna lab to identify the remains believed to be that of a light skinned man. In San Francisco, sharon chin, kpix5.
