Cryptocurrency trader Tran Dinh fled Sydney just days after his associate Peter Vuong was allegedly kidnapped and tortured while being held hostage in a Belmore home last month.
Sira Elkheir, 21, was arrested in Bunnings carpark in Greenacre, western Sydney, over the alleged kidnapping and torture of Peter Vuong last month. She was granted bail on Thursday.
Sira Elkheir, 21, is accused of using her position as a Service NSW employee to supply the group with Mr Vuong s address and has been charged with a string of kidnapping-related offences.
