David Lee King, 44, of Matamoras, Pa., was sentenced to 9 years to 18 years in a state correctional facility and fined $1,500 for the crimes of Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver a Controlled or Counterfeit Substance and two counts of Delivery of a Controlled or Counterfeit Substance. On Aug. 20, 2019, King sold Heroin, Fentanyl and Acetyl Fentanyl to a confidential informant at a residence in Delaware Township. On November 19, 2019, King sold heroin and fentanyl to a confidential informant at a residence in Matamoras Borough. On Feb. 28, 2020, King sold fentanyl to a confidential informant in Matamoras Borough.
