Reply The following was submitted by the Melrose-Wakefield Branch of the American Assn. of University Women: The Melrose-Wakefield Area Branch of the American Association of University Women is pleased to offer two scholarships for the 2021-2022 academic year. A branch scholarship, which is in the amount of $1,500.00, is available as a result of the fundraising activities of the branch and donations received in memory of branch members and their loved ones. This year, the branch scholarship will be given in memory of Ann Haddock, late of Melrose, who passed away in October, 2020. Ann was a graduate of Medford High School and Middlebury College. She was a member of AAUW for decades and served as a founding member of the Scholarship Committee and as its chair for many years. Ann was a kind and caring individual, who valued opportunities for service to non-profit organizations such as AAUW, the Melrose Highlands Congregational Church, the Fitch Home, and the Boston Visiti ....
