There was no sex party in Kaduna, Police witnesses tell court

ASP Alfa Yahaya who led the operation that informed the arrest of five suspects told the court that they visited the location purportedly for the sex party with two Hilux vehicles and eight personnel of operation Yaki who were armed, while the second witness Corporal Ibrahim Adamu who was part of the operation confessed that they visited the restaurant with three Hilux vehicles and 15 armed personnel.
According to ASP Yahaya, ” When we got there, we saw crowd of people more than 50 not observing social distancing, not wearing face masks, no provision of hand sanitizers with many of them half naked, drinking and playing loud music who jumped the fence when they sighted the presence of police, we arrested the organizer and the two DJ’s and took them to our station. ....

Police witnesses who conducted search operation at the venue of the botched sex party in Kaduna, have debunked claims that there was a sex party at Asher Kings and Queens restaurant and lounge on December 27, 2020.

Police witnesses on Monday told the Gabasawa Chief Magistrate Court on Ibrahim Taiwo Road, Kaduna that there was no sex party on December 27, 2020, at the Asher Restaurant and Lounge.
This was during cross-examination at the resumed hearing of the case involving the Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party in Kaduna State, Abraham Alberah and four others, for allegedly organizing an aborted sex party in the state.
The PUNCH reported that the state government had arraigned the PDP’s spokesman and four others in court for attempted adultery and organising a nude party in breach of the COVID-19 protocol. ....

Aborted Kaduna sex party: PDP chieftain, others arraigned

The aborted sex party was scheduled to hold on December 27, 2020.
The defendants include Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) spokesman in Kaduna, Abraham Alberah.
He is the husband of Aisha Yakubu, owner of Asher Kings and Queens Restaurant, the purported venue.
Others were those operating the restaurant, the staff, and customers who organised the party.
They were sued before Magistrate Benjamin Nok of the Magistrate Court for allegedly flouting COVID-19 protocols and acting immorally.
The prosecution stated that the nude party had already begun when policemen arrived at the scene.
According to the charge, credible information was received at Sabon Tasha Police Station about a sex party to hold at Asher Guest Lounge located at Court Road, Sabon Tasha in Chikun Local Government Area at about 19:00 hours. ....

The Kaduna State Government has arraigned the Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party in Kaduna State, Abraham Alberah, and four others for alleged attempted adultery and organising a nude party in breach of the COVID-19 protocol.
Alberah is the husband of Aisha Yakubu, the owner of Asher Lounge, the venue of the botched sex party which was demolished by the Kaduna State Urban and Planning Development Authority on December 31, 2020.
The state government had stated that it demolished the building for hosting a nude party but later made a U-turn, stating that the main reason for the demolition was that the building had no approval. ....
