With new staff in place, Suite Liv'n has spent the last year improving its properties in order to correct deficiencies found during its rental renewal process. At the same time, it is attempting to repair its reputation in the community.
In an effort to repair its reputation in the community, Suite Liv'n of Willmar in March 2023 sent out a news release that was not factual stating that its properties had been declared a crime free zone in accordance with the Minnesota Crime Free Multi-Housing Program.
Dean Zuleger, COO of 3D Money, a real estate investment firm that owns Suite Liv'n properties, responded to the comments made during the Sept. 18 Willmar City Council meeting by city staff and the councilors.
