Alexia Stella Antonius, 28, won the Sugandoi competition recently held in conjunction with the Kaamatan Festival Kunak district-level here.
In the final round of the competition, Alexia defeated six other competitors. Marvin Primus V. Jinikol, 25, came in second, while John Francis Andam, 34, came in third
