In a police report released on Monday, Col. Romano V. Cardino, acting provincial director of the Zambales Police Provincial Office, said the buy-bust operation was conducted by the joint elements of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Zambales, Subic Drug Enforcement Unit, Subic Municipal Police Station and Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit-Provincial Intelligence Unit in Barangay Matain.
