Unfortunately, even if it is overturned, its only a temporary fix because it doesnt provide legalization or path to citizenship it just says for x. Amount of months you can get the work permit and drivers license and be in that country without legal status. Thats not a permanent solution but we support it and we think that the president did have the authority to do that and its a good temporary stopgap measure. But what we do need and we cant do it without congress, we do need a fix to a broken immigration system. Military reconnaissance and aircraft . Josh earnest the president has often talked about how critically important it is. It is critical to the Global Economy as well. The free flow of commerce may South China Sea is something that needs to be maintained. The United States is committed to working with other countries in the region to protected.
