He also said President Trump told him the 100,000 testing swabs are on the way, with 250,000 coming to california the following week. The governor said ramped up testing will supporting strong Contact Tracing program to identify people who have been exposed to the virus. The governor did announce one modification to the current shelter in place, hes allowing hospitals to resume surgeries and other procedures that were delayed.
