There are specifically in the measure the funding for extending the Childrens Health Insurance Program for an addition four years. Reauthorizing funding for more than 7 billion to Community Health centers that includes the departments dollars for homeless services. It provides 6 billion dedicated opioid treatment and Mental Health service and funding to National Institutes of health and the child Home Visiting program.
