(New Hampshire State Police) LEE, NH A Laconia man is facing numerous after being accused of fleeing from police and being involved in a high-speed chase that ended in a crash in Lee on Friday. At just after 2:15 a.m., a state trooper monitoring traffic on Route 16 saw a vehicle traveling south at a high rate of speed. The vehicle, a 1996 Nissan Maxima, was clocked at 106 mph, according to Lt. John Hennessey of Troop A. The trooper began to pursue the car, attempted to stop it, and learned Dover police had accused the driver of fleeing from them minutes before.

State Kicks Off First Mass Vaccination Clinic In Loudon Update: Saturday, March 6, 5:30 p.m. Saturday was the first day of a three-day mass vaccination clinic scheduled at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon. State health officials say they hope to vaccinate more than 11,000 people by the end of the drive-in clinic, using the recently approved Johnson and Johnson vaccine. The site is appointment only, and many people with first-dose appointments originally scheduled in April moved up to this weekend. Peter Hamilton of Concord, who got his shot Saturday morning, said he was grateful for the many volunteers staffing the site.
