A lot of firefighters there exhausted in the bay area responding and are head to go the thomas fire in Santa Barbara county where three San Mateo County fire engine strike teams had been deployed and the thomas fire this morning now at 230,000 acres. It is now the fifth largest wildfire in state history and flames are going through the vegetation there that hasnt burned in 100 years near carpinteria. Residents have been ordered to evacuate. We literally jumped into our clothes, grabbed our son. I grabbed some pictures. But because i was doing that, i put my phone down and we just literally ran out the door. The thomas fire right now the only major blaze still really causing a concern this morning. The other wildfires in the state are at least 75 contained.
