St Paul, IA- One person was killed, and another injured when a semi-truck crashed into a Lee County Business. According to the Iowa State Patrol, a semi-truck driven by 61-year-old Richard Cathey Jr., of Senatobia Minnesota ran a stop sign at the intersection of Locust and Main streets in St Paul, Iowa, and crashed into the Tri-State Stove Inc building, which was unoccupied at the time. Cathey was pronounced dead at the scene. Cathey's passenger, 69-year-old Alexander Levell was taken to an area hospital for treatment of his injuries. It was determined that neither man was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. ....
