meteorologist janice dean with our fox weather forecast. janice? ainsley, really active. take a look at it. we had those tornadoes yesterday across the rockies including just south of the denver area up towards washington, d.c. state a couple thunderstorm warnings in effect for the panhandle of texas in towards oklahoma and that severe storm risk continues from the big bend of texas all the way up towards the rockies, again today. with hail, damaging winds, tornadoes likely and also levy rainfall causing the potential for flash flooding. look at that map. we have rain and thunderstorms in the forecast extending from the gulf coast from florida up towards the mid-atlantic and the northeast this weekend. there s tropical storm bret moving through the lesser antilles coming out of the caribbean and broke a record for june. tropical storms east of the lesser antilles, that has never happened. named storms. this is bret. it will weaken over the weekend
