Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez said he has extended the invitation to the first couple while his son, Victorias City Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez, has also invited presidential son, Ilocos Norte First District Representative Ferdinand Alexander "Sandro" Marcos, to attend the festival.
