emotional. so moving for so many of us who watched it. and you will get to watch it in just a second. but i will start from the beginning because this all started a couple of weeks ago when the sheriff s department started getting phone calls reporting connerjack oswalt, now 19 years old, and they say he wasn t breaking the law but people were concerned and deputies went out there to try to help him. he had refused the help but then last saturday they were able to help him. and all of that interaction was caught on bodycam video. here s part of it. you look like you re shivering. are you cold? you want to come sit in this car and warm up for a minute? we can t have you sitting in front of the door here all night. i can t hear you. as long as i m not being taken anywhere. no, you re not being taken anywhere. just come sit in the car and warm up. where s your shopping cart at? it got stolen. it got stoleen? yeah. that s no good.
at the end of the day are we going to follow what the constitution says or not? i hope we get back to what the constitution says. but clearly in a number of states they didn t follow those legislative so you think the election was stoleen? what i said is there are states that didn t follow their legislatively set rules. that s what the united states constitution says. last time, i promise. do you think the election was stolen or not? i understand you think there were irregularities and things that need to be fixed. do you think the election was stolen? and it s not just irregularities. it s states that did not follow the laws set which the constitution says they re supposed to follow. okay. back now with stuart stevens. that s the minority whip steve scalise. i mean, he can t bring himself to call the call out the election lie and say that joe biden is the duly elected president. at least that the election wasn t stolen. let s put it that way.
