UPDATE: Donald Foster pleaded not guilty to all eight felonies he is charged with in connection to a standoff and repeated assault of a woman. The judge set bond at $2 million. If he is released, he will be tracked through an ankle monitor, and have a curfew. He was remanded into custody at Yellowstone County Detention Facility. BILLINGS, Mont. - A man is facing eight felony charges following an hours-long standoff in the Billings Heights that took place on the 300 block of Stillwater Lane April 3. The incident began when police were dispatched to the area around 2 a.m. for report of a hostage situation. A previous release states one of the victims, a 77-year-old woman, was able to call 911 and said she was being held hostage by Donald Foster, 47. The woman was able to escape and run out of the home. ....
