I received a tip that oakland animal control officers uncovered a major dog fighting operation. Now tonight those pit bulls are being held here at Animal Services following a raid that we were given exclusive access to. A total of at least 11 dogs. Reporter this is the backyard of a Single Family home on a residential street in east oakland. Some of them have obvious wounds. Reporter dave collin calls this raid among the largest dog fighting operations hes seen. Conan says he has spoken to the Property Owner by phone and is trying to interview him. So far no arrest. But they collected plenty of evidence. This is a homemade treadmill. Reporter one of three treadmills found at the home that were put together for a dog. Swept out to sea. Rescuers race outside the golden gate in the desperate search for a man and a boy. Good eving im ken wayne. And im julie haener. It was not the outcome rescuers were hoping for. Eric rasmussen is live with the warning for those in the area. Reporter that warning is to be very careful in these conditions. The marin county Coroners Office is not identifying these victims until their families are notified. However in the last few minutes i did speak to southern marin fire. It confirms these men and a boy were standing on some rocks when they were swept away by a wave when they were fishing just beyond the golden gate. Chopper2 had our first view of the scene as boats with the coast guard responded to a 911 call of two people swept out to sea. But officials later delivered the news no one wanted to hear. Rescue recovered two bodies one male adult and one child. Those suspects were later pronounced deceased. Reporter ....

15 homes have been destroyed. We get tonights developing news from amber lee, live in big sur. She tells us right now, fire crews still have zero containment. Reporter thats right, frank. Acres burned around 500, and at least 15 homes have been destroyed. Like i said, we can smell the smoke and theres been flare ups from time to time. Tonight, fire crews are building a containment line around this fire, but the damage has already been done. The fuels were just right for burning.
