Cognizant’s petition filed in the District Court for the Southern District of New York alleged that Bohrer PLLC and its managing partner, Jeremy I. Bohrer, had billed it millions of dollars in fees and expenses for work that it either did not perform as invoiced, or performed for a fraction of the billed cost.
