little while. yeah, like as in today. that would be nice. still in the mid-90s but we are going to lose a little bit of the humidity. i think we probably could deal with the heat if we could get rid of the humidity if a little while. winds have shifted here out of the north and northwest so bottom line, the humidity will start to fall through the course of the day and gurvir is right. i think it will feel a little bit better around here at least for one day. we ll have change as we get into tomorrow and the weekend. we ll worry about that in a couple of minutes. for right now, another very warm start. we ve got 80s out there. 78 in ocean city. 75 to start your day in fredericksburg. temperatures will quickly jump through the 80s. we ll top out in the low to mid- 90s. take the thunderstorms out of the forecast today. i guess it will be more pleasant in many ways with a lot of sunshine. we ll be close to 100, maybe record heat for saturday. thank you. let s ....

mornings this week. not a bad start to the day. we will see temperatures again into the 90s. take a look at the satellite- radar. nothing much to show you. nothing in the way of precipitation and not much to show you in the way of any cloud cover. skies are mostly clear. can you see there things look good across the region. not too bad at all. what we are seeing up to our north is a system across northern new england into canada really now at this point. that is helping to bring in breezes from the north and that is trying us out a little bit. hen the low are humidity levels. current temperatures around the region. 79-degree in the district. 77 in ocean city. 72 at dulles airport. 75 in baltimore. your forecast for today, mostly sunny, hot but not as humid. so will is it till be really warm? yeah, 94 degrees for your high downtown. at lost a little less humidity so it won t be as stifling. i know. make it actually makes a pretty good difference, doesn t it? yeah. ....

degrees. forecast for today, mostly sunny and hot. slightly less humid but it will still be 94 degrees for your high today. yesterday, we topped out at 93. we ll have more details on the forecast coming up in just a little bit. i don t even know if i want to hear it. you probably don t. hopefully, traffic is looking a little bit better. lauren demarco has that. not too bad. we do have light vote with respect. northbound on 95, there is an accident. we do have light volume. here we are heading past the american legion bridge. you will find all your lanes are open. northbound 395 crossing the 14th street bridge, we did have reports of a little snag here that right in this right lane to the right of the construction work there was a barrel that had been moved over into the travel lanes. we ve got a report of that. not causing much of a delay here. looks like everybody is moving all right but you need to watch out for that as you head across the bridge into the ....
