That man says he was beaten by three rookie cops in san jose for no reason. And he claims to have video to prove it. Joe vasquez shows us the video and the mans lawyer is saying about this. Reporter the dark Surveillance Video shows construction worker Eliel Paulino sitting calmly talking to police quite a few minutes. His Attorney Says it gets ugly once paulino realizes he is about to get arrested and he yells at his father in spanish to lock up his truck.
