I guess that s a gutless thing for this railroad not to show up. steve: well, one of the problems comes from the federal government and that is, you know, we keep showing you that controlled burn of those railcars. and then you have got the great big black plume of smoke. they only evacuated within one mile of that. ainsley: they said that s what the e.p.a. suggested. steve: exactly, that s what the federal government said. if you are one block from that evacuation zone, you re not getting your water tested. you are not getting your soil sampled. you re not getting your air sampled as well. one of the people at the event last night, the town hall has a woman who said that she was planning to move before the derailment but now she wonders whether or not she can sell her house. and think about it. would you move to that town? that s what she is wondering. brian: 11 minutes after the hour. coming up, incredible stories of survival. rescuers are pulling women and children from the ....

Don t want to go into that town, right? that s definitely part of it. but just to explain to you what we actually have here. it s far more than just a donkey and some fish. we are a farm animal refuge and sanctuary and we have over 200 animals here. steve: wow. so when we evacuated and made the decision to evacuate it was a massive undertaking and we had over 80 large animals and we took about half of our bird population. we weren t able to get the rest out because of hpai. and limited locations to put them. yeah we have definite concerns not only for our family but for, you know, the animals that we had harbor here. and as far as going into the town, no, i really don t want to go into town. i don t blame you. i think that the town people are seeing an influx of people who just really don t belong there right now. ....

About aging grace flinchts instead of looking to avoid, you know, getting older, i think you should find the things that are positive about it, embrace it, and go towards the light. because it s about learning. it s about understanding. it s about opening other sides of yourself. raquel is survived by to her two adult children. she was 28 years old. those are your headlines, guys. she was so beautiful. steve: a legend. absolutely. ainsley: i love that advice. that s great advice. it is really. thank you, ashley. i still have the kansas city stuff out because they won the super bowl for the third time. the second time in four years and, yesterday, around noon, midtown kansas city it was a party despite the lousy weather. nothing is going to stop kansas city from showing up. ainsley: there was a big parade and patrick mahomes was the centerpiece, obviously the quarterback and such a great guy. he was chugging some beer. ....

Norfolk southern because they are scared. they said they are worried about their safety. steve: right. ainsley: people are asking questions. they are screaming out questions, if you watch the full video when they are sitting here in the high school auditorium or gymnasium. steve: right. ainsley: bill johnson, the congressman, he said, look, the white house is not here. if you have a question. brian: write it down. ainsley: write down. here s my card. send it to me and all the questions will be answered. i will contact the white house. steve: right. speaking of the white house, apparently regulations regarding train safety were changed during the trump administration. this particular railroad and others lobbied president trump to dismantle an obama era rule that would have required railroads to update their braking systems. and apparently the obama administration had pushed for it to govern transportation of hazardous materials after about half a million barrels of crude w ....
