Police search for the suspect. Police say the victim was hit five times on franklin avenue, friday afternoon. The victim has been identified as 24yearold cameron clemmons. Officers believe clemmons ran away from a nearby apartment building, then collapsed in the street near oakdale. They did not recover any weapons at the scene. Cincinnati police have upgraded a shooting investigation to a homicide case, nearly eight years after a man was shot in the west end.
